Itchen Riverside will be reinvigorated through supporting economic growth and retaining valuable waterfront employment sites for marine uses, and integrating new and existing residential communities.

Work is now underway to provide up to 350 homes, a convenience store and a new park with access to a new riverside walk on the former Meridian television studios complex. 

Specialist housebuilder and brownfield developer Inland Homes launched the second phase of the development on 3 June 2017, with homes in this new phase of the development being offered for sale off-plan.
