  • Construction commenced June 2018 with the project estimated for completion by October 2020

Building work has begun to construct 99 new affordable homes that will deliver the largest Extra Care Housing scheme in Southampton.

The development at Wimpson Lane in Maybush, to be known as Potters Court, will provide 84 extra care apartments and 15 general needs flats for the over 50s. 

Construction commenced June 2018 with the project estimated for completion by October 2020.
