Q&A with Ryan
What did you do before Eagle Labs?
I have always had a passion for the arts and people, I studied fine art at Southampton university (Winchester school of art).
Alongside my studies I also built up my customer experience within the retail sector, this journey led to a temp role opportunity with Barclays at the Southampton branch working in the banking hall. I heard about an amazing opportunity to be part of the Network Eagle lab team which offered the perfect role for me, to be able to develop, expand and use both my customer and creative skills.
What do you think that you’ll bring to your role in Eagle Labs?
I am a big team player and really enjoy supporting the people around me, listening to customers and help to bring their ideas and passions to life.
Any interesting facts?
I have spent a lot of my time in America seeing family but also developing different creative skills.
What are you most excited about?
Everything! Being part of a brilliant team of people who all share in the same vision and goal, to support customers, explore their ideas and grow together as a network of brilliant and interesting people. I am also excited to be working in a role that allows me personally to develop and put my creativeness to great use.
What are your main interests outside of work?
Being an artist, I enjoy having some downtime to lose myself in creating pencil portraits or collaborating with friends in other projects. Drinks, food and socialising is a big part of my outside of work time. It gives me a chance to touch base with family and friends.
