Leading real estate developer Mountpark Logistics has let the entire first phase of their new speculative industrial / logistics development which was officially opened on 1 November 2017.

Phase 1, which forms three units of 47,250 sq ft, 60,000 sq ft and 100,660 sq ft, has been successfully let to Murray Health & Beauty, Berendsen and CooperVision respectively.

Phase 2 has now reached practical completion and provides a further 346,620 sq ft of industrial / logistics accommodation across four units, ranging in size from 67,500 sq ft to 180,110 sq ft. 

The first deal at Phase 2 has been announced - 107,392 sq ft unit has been let to PFSweb for a new fulfilment distribution centre.
