Aqua is a proposed 7 storey 5,628 sq m (60,572 sq m) Grade A office building, which will complete the regeneration of the land at West Quay, Southampton.

It will sit between Carnival UK's recently completed Headquarters and a new Premier Travel Inn. Aqua is also adjacent to the major retail facilities of West Quay with over 100 stores, including John Lewis.
