Evander Properties, the specialist developer and asset manager of logistics and industrial property has confirmed that it has fulfilled the remaining section 106 agreement planning obligations on its new 206,000 sq ft South Central development in Southampton.
Development of the site, which already has full planning consent and is being funded by Rockspring - will now commence in the summer with units expected to be available for occupation by the start of 2017. The development of South Central constitutes the largest speculative industrial project in Southampton for over a decade.
