Fireplace showroom sold for residential conversion
Palmer Fry have sold on behalf of private owners the former fireplace showroom premises at 22-27 St Mary Street, Southampton.
The premises which comprised showroom premises on ground floor with offices above and workshops behind with a yard extending 5,505 sq ft.
The premises has been purchased by developers who have obtained planning consent to convert and extend the existing premises to provide 16 apartments. Palmer Fry advised the vendors.
