A vision for a people friendly street The following consultation draft report has been prepared to seek comments from the public on the council's proposals to improve the High Street and Above Bar Street. The report seeks to: Address a stated key priority of the city council to improve the streetscene and environment Provide Supplementary Planning Guidance Guide Local Transport Plan expenditure Build upon guidance in the adopted City Centre Urban Design Strategy		�
