Sale at Test Valley Business Centre
Acting on behalf of Twintech Water Softeners, Palmer Fry have sold Unit 1, Test Valley Business Centre, Test Lane, Nursling, Southampton.
The 1,280 sq ft (118.91 sq m) unit plus mezzanine of 469 sq ft (43.5 sq m) was sold to Alf Enterprises Ltd for a price of �135,500.
