Letting at Chandlers Ford Industrial Estate
Thermoscreens Ltd have taken offices at York House from Sefton LLC.
The accommodation, which has recently undergone extensive refurbishment, provided a net internal area of approximately 1400 sq ft (130.06 sq m) and was let at �16,750 per annum on a new three year lease. This follows occupation by PIPS Technology limited who have taken over half of the ground floor premises for their UK headquarters.
