Mitchell Properties Limited has acquired The Triton Centre, Abbey Park Industrial Estate, Romsey, Hampshire, a modern industrial investment, from Alecta PensionsF�rsakring, �msesidigt, a client of Aberdeen Property Investors.

The estate, which was constructed in 1990, is arranged in three self-contained units and has a total floor area of approximately 37,300 sq. ft. It produces a current income of �241,470 per annum, with one rent review outstanding. The tenants include Microgen, Solid Circle Industries and Visaq.

A price of �3,100,000 was paid, reflecting an initial yield of 7.36%.
