Bright future for Southampton property developers
Management and staff at Southampton-based Future Property Developments are enjoying the view after settling into new offices in the leafy surroundings of Cumberland Place.
The firm has set up its head office in the refurbished 19th century period building after taking a new ten year full repairing and insuring lease on 3,000 sq ft of office space. Joint letting agents were Humberts and Neilson Holt.
Future Property, which develops and rents commercial and residential property around the city, is now looking towards the future in its new surroundings overlooking Southampton�s well-loved Watts Park.
Director Russell Clarke, who runs the firm with business partner Chris Grayston, said: �We have had a very successful year and needed to expand. These are attractive offices, with lots of car parking and a nice spot overlooking the park, as well as being very conveniently located, near all the banks, solicitors and estate agents in the nearby London Road area.
�Humberts were very helpful in assisting us to get the deal together. We are delighted to be in situ and are looking forward to expanding the company further from our new head office. We are hungry for more property opportunities in the Southampton area and are in the position to make quick decisions.�
