Compass Point development attracts new tenants


Units 6 & 7, Compass Point

Two major tenants have signed leases to take new premises at the recently developed Compass Point scheme at Ensign Way, Hamble.

Acting on behalf of private investors, Palmer Fry have let Units 6 & 7 comprising of approximately 5,062 sq ft (470.27 sq m) to Insensys Limited to facilitate their expansion needs.

Insensys are the market leader in the design, development and deployment of fibre optic strain and temperature monitoring solutions.

The building was taken on a ten year lease on FRI terms at a passing rental of �43,000 per annum.

Palmer Fry acted on behalf of the vendors.

Unit 5 Compass Point has been taken by marine equipment distributors Vetus Den Ouden Limited. Unit 5 provides an approximate area of 2,017 sq ft (187.38 sq m) has been taken on a ten year FRI lease at a passing rental of �16,136 per annum.

Palmer Fry acted on behalf of the vendors while the tenants were represented by Vail Williams.
