Zone A rates - Southampton City Centre

The rates shown on the plan highlight the differences in value between different sections of the city centre. Zone A rates adopted are those which are considered to be provable within the last twelve months.

Lettings in WestQuay are at rents of approximately �235 Zone A which is a substantial increase on the provable rents in the pedestrianised section of Above Bar.
