The Southampton office of Austin Adams have sold Parkersell House, Cranworth Road, Winchester on behalf of Parkersell, following their recent relocation to Portsmouth. The property comprising approximately 4,000 sq ft has been sold to local developer BMP Construction for a figure of �640,000 which equates to �160 per sq ft.
