Consideration could be given to live/work accommodation incorporating marine related commercial uses.

6.8 (h)Adanac Park
Business park with up to 62,000 sq.m of high quality office, research and manufacturing space. Potential for the corporate headquarters of a single large end-user or small number of large end-users (area within Test Valley Borough Council). Area to the south of Brownhill Way is identified by Test Valley Borough Council as a location for a 900-1000 space park and ride facility. A Holiday Inn Express has already been constructed on part of the site. Area within SCC boundary has planning permission for Combined Heat and Power (CHP) facility.
